One Thing: Week #1

I have a few blogs. One of them is to map the progress of cleaning/cleansing/purging my room. This blog is to map the progress of cleaning/cleansing/purging of my weight loss. So in the other blog I wrote about ONE THING. Everyone tells me I need to focus. So I was thinking what I was doing in the past wasn't working, perhaps it is time to do something else. Or ONE something else.

So I was thinking of doing just that. Focus on ONE THING for a week. Perhaps by the end of the week, I will have done that one thing at least a few times or really engaged in the process of that one thing. So it was easy for me to think of the one thing I wanted to do to clean my room; having a harder time figuring out what to choose. Then again this is just the first week, I got a while... just pick one...

My one thing that I will focus on this week is to drink at least two bottles of water in work.
